Ocean Ridge Permit Packet

Welcome to Ocean Ridge! Attached to this email you will find the new resident guide as well as Ocean Ridge Building Dept. forms.

For any remodel permit and/or repair/replacement permit applications, please submit the following for each permit application:

Completed building permit application
Building permit fee
Sub permits (if applicable)
Contractor GC state license, certificate of general liability insurance, workers compensation or exemption
Signed/initialed construction site management handbook (sign front, initial each page – submit entire document)
Signed/sealed plans (2 sets)
HOA/COA approval (2 sets)
Asbestos notification statement (2 sets)
Copy of recorded/certified notice of commencement (2 sets)

*Additional information may be required upon plan review.

I did discuss the question about owner/builder applying for the deck repair/replacement permit with the Building Official, Durrani Guy (cc’d on this email). Unfortunately, this work would need to be done by a licensed contractor.
